Learning Bridge

AI-coached learning for people starting out in construction

A learning platform where each topic comes with a short film, a decision to make and a conversation with an AI coach that asks, explains and helps, and never judges. Learners go at their own pace, on their phone. Trainers and employers see readiness topic by topic, in plain words.

How learning works

  1. Watch

A short film of a real situation on a UK site.

  2. Decide

What would you do? The approved answer, straight away.

  3. Talk it through

The AI coach asks about it, and takes answers in your own words.

  4. Come back to it

It returns to what you weren't sure of, and an end check shows how far you've come.

What a conversation with the coach, and a readiness profile, look like

It's your first morning and you've just arrived at the site gate. What do you do before you go any further?

I'd find the site office, sign in and wait to be shown where to go

A readiness profile, in words

With next steps, and a readiness record to show.

For organisations

Training providers

Run groups and invite learners by email or QR code. See each learner's evidence in their own words. Answers that need a person come to a trainer first. See where a group goes wrong, topic by topic, and plan sessions by postcode district.

Employers and commissioners

See the candidates who choose to share their progress with you, under a pseudonym: readiness by area, progress since their first conversation, and where they are, by postcode district.

What it is, and what it isn't

Safety first

If someone hasn't shown they'd stay safe, a trainer goes through the safety points with them before any record.

Approved content

A construction reviewer approves each film, its question and what counts as a good answer.

Prepares, doesn't certify

It helps people get ready for work on site. It doesn't award a CSCS card, prove competence or promise a job.
